Our Managing Director is personally responsibly for each of our clients, to act as their Account Manager and central point of contact for any queries or concerns, as well as meeting regularly to discuss latest industry developments or new initiatives.

Our philosophy is to maintain regular customer contact to ensure on-going communication and complete client satisfaction. If required to do so, we will also be prepared to work to a Service Level Agreement containing minimum performance criteria and conduct a Key Performance Audit using a bespoke KPI document.
